Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) Request

The Eaton’s Fire Systems Business product returns procedure is as follows:

  1. Complete the online form on the following page, giving details of the products to be returned and the reason for the return. For your convenience, you can return multiple products as one request.
  2. You will be sent an email to confirm we have received your request.
  3. Our Customer Service team will investigate and process your request for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). A copy of your RAN will be emailed / faxed to you using the contact details you provided on the request form.
  4. Please place a copy of the RAN note in the box with the goods being returned and clearly display the following details on the outer carton:

    The RAN Number
    RETURNS DEPARTMENT
    Cooper Fire Systems
    Wheatley Hall Road
    Doncaster
    DN2 4NB
    UK

  5. Please note that goods received without a RAN will be refused by our goods in department and no credit will be issued.
  6. There will be a validation date on your RAN note, should the goods not be receieved before this date the RAN will be closed and no credit will be issued.
  7. Should you wish to return goods that are no longer required; a handling charge will be agreed with the Customer Service Manager.
